CFD Architects have created beautiful houses, some of which we have fitted wood burning fires in. They are good to work with and their design ideas are creative and effective. The fireplace in Pentyak is one of our favourites incorporating lighting and log storage.

I have worked on three private residences designed by CFD Architects in Cornwall - two large new builds designed by them in Padstow and Trebetherick and a major refurbishment project in Rock.

Their designs for these contemporary homes are all light and spacious with good flow and attractive sight lines, whilst also incorporating plenty of practical storage. The finished homes evidence thoughtful architectural detailing and I have no hesitation in recommending them. A small team, they offer a friendly and personal service and I have always enjoyed working with them.

We have built two houses designed by CFD, both were lovely projects to work on, nicely proportioned and good looking timber frame buildings. We found them very helpful when we needed any info about their designs and the office is full of friendly and knowledgeable people. Would like to find an excuse to work with them again.
