A rare opportunity arose for Rosemullion Homes to acquire the former walled garden which was part of the Prideaux Brune Estate in Padstow. The site was located near to Prideaux Place in the old town. The development comprises three new individually designed houses and the conversion of a listed horticultural barn fronting the site. The infill development is designed to enhance the already elegant street scene using indigenous materials in a sympathetic but contemporary design.
