A replacement home on the north coast of Cornwall.
Completed in 2022 this 5 bedroom house with annexe can accommodate 16 people and has amazing views over Porthcothan beach and the Atlantic Ocean.  The first floor open plan living spaces lead out onto front and rear balconies making the most of the views and sunshine.  The choice of materials and construction detailing was key to creating a unique house.  A borehole, solar panels and high levels of insulation add to the sustainable credentials.
